The business rarely outgrows the owner's capacity to lead it. It's usually the other way around.
Executive coaching isn't about fixing something broken — it's for owners and leaders who are already capable and want to lead with more clarity, make better decisions faster, and stop being the bottleneck in their own business.

What this is actually about
Most executive coaching conversations end up circling three things:
Decision-making under pressure. Not "how to think," but a structured way to slow down the decisions that matter, and move faster on the ones that don't.
Leadership capacity. The gap between how you currently lead and how the business actually needs you to lead as it grows — delegation, difficult conversations, holding people accountable without micromanaging.
Time and headspace. Most owners I work with didn't start a business to spend every hour reacting to it. Part of this work is getting genuine time back — not as a lifestyle add-on, but because an owner who's constantly reactive makes worse decisions.
This is personal development work with a business outcome, not a substitute for the operational and systems work covered in Growth & Scaling → — the two often run alongside each other, but they're solving different problems.
Who this is for
Business owners and senior leaders who are capable and successful, but feel like they're the ceiling on the business's growth
Anyone making high-stakes decisions regularly, without a structured space to think them through with someone outside the business
Leaders preparing for a specific transition — scaling a team, stepping back from day-to-day operations, or taking on a bigger role
Owners who know, honestly, that some of what's holding the business back is how they personally operate
What an engagement looks like
Engagements are fortnightly for either one hour of two hours, depending on your requirement [Pricing depend on the frequency and length of engagements]
Frequency — e.g. "Fortnightly one-on-one sessions, one or two hours each"
Format — e.g. in-person in Pretoria, or virtual, or a mix
Typical engagement length — e.g. "Most engagements run 12- 36 months, reviewed regularly"
Sessions are built around what's actually live for you — your business is the case study - real decisions, real conversations — rather than a generic curriculum
What tends to change
Rather than vague promises, here's what coaching at this level typically shifts, in plain terms:
Decisions get made faster, with less second-guessing afterward
Delegation stops feeling like losing control
Difficult conversations (with staff, partners, or yourself) happen sooner instead of being avoided
There's a clearer line between what genuinely needs the owner's attention and what doesn't
